This Is Our Work
Since 2020, the National Black Cultural Information Trust, Inc. has reached 50,000+ individuals, distributed thousands of educational resources, hosted cultural programs serving families across multiple states, and helped communities access trusted information, Black history education, and cultural preservation initiatives. Through media, events, and partnerships, we continue to expand opportunities for learning, engagement, and community empowerment.
At a moment when Black history is being challenged, distorted, and removed from public spaces, NBCI Trust stands committed to preserving our stories, sharing trusted information, and empowering communities through education and culture.
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Centered on the collective cultural memories of communities of African descent, we provide trusted resources,
information, and educational tools that preserve history,
counter erasure and disinformation, and advance reparative justice.
Supplying You With Tools
Our work strengthens Black communities by providing trusted information, educational resources, and cultural programming that preserve history, expand knowledge, and support community well-being. Grounded in the collective cultural memories, histories, and lived experiences of Black communities and the broader Pan-African world, we transform cultural knowledge into accessible resources that advance education, counter disinformation and historical erasure, foster civic engagement, and support pathways toward reparative justice.
